How to stay fit during lockdown

If you want to stay fit or get in shape during lockdown with your family or all by yourself, consider trying some of these ideas.

  1. If you want to play a cool game with your friends on a meet or with your family this game is for you. Fitness monopoly is an amazing 4 or less player game where you compete to reach the end square while getting in shape. We have both English version and French version so you can play with your French speaking friends too.

  2. If you want you can go on YouTube and check out some of the workout videos. If you do not want to waste time on picking them here are some suggestions:

  3. If you would like to just go outside and do something to get fit, try some of these ideas: In the Spring you can go for a walk or a jog. In the Summer you can go for a walk, a jog or a run. You can swim and play sports too. In the winter you can go tobogganing as well.

  4. If you want to just do some work out exercises but none of these ideas stated before interested you then take a look at this next one. The name speller can be a fun way to work out if you have no one to get fit with. It’s very easy. Just pick a name, color or object and get ready! This workout is exhausting!
